Meet The Breeder: Karl E. Falster

The Falster's first cow for the Hersey Cow ™ project was a Registered Jersey from the herd at the Promise Land Dairy Farm south of San Antonio, Texas.  Named KATY, she is a rather theatrically skilled cow, capable of great drama and comic antics.

Prior to coming to Falster she had only thrown bull calves. Her 1st calf by MB4 was a heifer calf Hersey LOGAN PERRY.

LOGAN PERRY calved 3/7/2006 at Falster Farm. Birth weight 33#. Disposition, naturally very gentle and inquisitive. Coloring of the Sire with his occasional throwing of dual brown eye patches. First pasture exposure to a bull is May 2007 to Polled Herd Sire KNF GENERAL STAN WATIE.
